This is a collection of links to Japan-related materials on the internet with a focus on academically relevant resources. Please note that this collection is a work in progress. While we have chosen all materials with care, we cannot be held responsible for any contents that are presented under these links. The short link descriptions are primarily based on the self-descriptions of the selected sites.

To Do:
- Copy category description where exists from old to new.
- Unfortunately, stuck using the earlier Google CSE until they produce a solution for Google Sites again (send relevant Google team an email if possible about the issue or flag in the help forum and on original comment about setting up CSE in GS).
- Configure the old CSE with the new one's info and document in Bart.
- Go through Delicious list adding all bookmarks to CSE.
- Go through system with Junko and see how she can help or extend system. E.g. Talk through categories and whether need improvement, how to add a site, set her up for adding bookmarks and using tags, how to add a category (if needed), getting data from academics. Improve templating system if required based on Junko feedback.
- Add images to each category together with attributions.
- Add descriptions for all categories.
- Background image for main page.
- Test all pages and note all remaining issues/to-do's.
